So to people who have experienced use of ECA stacks would this be an acceptable 'cycle' ?

week 1: 48mg eph, 500mg caffeine, 300mg aspirin daily - split into 2 doses breakfast and preworkout

Week 2-4: 72mg eph, 750mg caffeine, 450mg aspirin daily - split into 3 doses breafast lunch and pre workout

Iv messed about a little before with ECA stacks but never did it serious. The reason im starting out on lower dosages is im pretty sensitive to stimulants so easing myself into it will hopefully lower the side effects (especially insomnia). Would i be better off taking 24mg eph, 250mg caff and 300mg aspirin daily and up the dosage when i stop feeling its effects?

i always went for 25mg eph, a rough half teaspoon of caffiene and 75mg aspirin

i'm sure if i doubled that dose i'd kill myself

holy crap dude, thats ALOT of caffeine.

Caffeine tabs are 100mg, and its generally a good idea if you dont have more than 2 in a day.

750g would be like drinking 10+ cans of red bull a day. You'd never be able to clear it out of your system in time

I'm hyper-sensitive to caffeine so don't/can't really use any pills or drink coffee haha.

You'd be pretty doped up but hyper as fuck haha, probably unable to keep cool yet probably not sweating and get lightheaded easily

phil, i'd just take it once a day. veeerrry early in the day. do something active when you're using it.

you'll get used to the effect it has.

hmm may start out on 24mg a day and start upping it as i start to desensitize to it.

20mg E, 200mg C, and 200-300mg aspirin seems like the standard dosage taken 3 times a day although il probably start on two doses and see how i get on

I drink 3 Spike Shotguns a day, which are 350mg of caffeine a piece, then I also have 4 Hot Rox Extreme a day, which is supposedly about the same as a cup of coffee, and about 6 cups of green tea a day. So that's probably somewhere around 1,400mg a day. Hasn't killed me yet. Of course, that's not part of an ECA stack either.

Why would one need or want caffeine and similiar drugs ?
I know you get hyped but what is the purpose, the use of effects ?

Taking ephedrine every day will get you addicted. It's like a mild amphetamine. Using caffeine every day will build a huge tolerance towards it, so you won't get much effect from it at all.

Why so often? Use it once a week or something, for your best sessions. You'll get the most out of it every time, instead of a lot the first time, then diminishing degrees of usability every time thereafter.


And 750mg of caffeine is a FUCKING LOT. I get irregular heartbeats from 400, hahah.

haha yeah, thats why 70%+ of the ingredients in red bull are to keep your heart beating regularly. Caffeine tabs dont do this

the amount seems perfectly normal for fatloss and taking it everyday gives you the most out of it. Il only be taking it for 4 weeks and probably wont take it again till i next cut.

Well, I'd die from that, hahah. Experiment all you want to though. Ephedrine can be addictive if taken too often though, and 4 weeks is more than enough to get addicted to something. Enough caffeine can make your heart go "FUUU", not to mention that I think it thins your blood as well?

750mg of pure caffeine is still a fucking lot. And the ephedrine dosages are pretty huge too. Last time I tried an ECA stack, I think I took 250mg of caffeine, 25mg of ephedrine and uhhh... can't remember the Aspirin dosage. I tricked constantly for about 8 hours, and I still wasn't remotely tired.

You're going to not be able to sit down for a month, hahah. Your energy levels will be ludicrous.

Yeah, I can't remember the last time I stopped having any caffeine. I thought I stopped a while back for about two weeks, but then I realized that green tea had caffeine in it, and I was drinking probably 8-12 cups of green tea a day. I just said screw it after that and went back to my normal habits.

Thats not the same with everyone... When I first tried ECA, I took the same dosage and nothing happened. Im having coffee only 1-3 times a week, just a small, strong cup and that gave me a bigger boost than the ECA stack. But when I doubled the dose I felt great! Not like some people here described it but the session just went well and I wouldnt get tired after more than 2 hours of really intense tricking and thats enough for me :punched:

I might change the product Im buying. To anyone using ECA, which type of product do you use?

Personally I'd take it about 40 minutes pre-workout, or if not on a workout day then first thing in the morning.

You may find you become tolerant to it very quickly though, I know I did. On the 3rd week I took 4 tablets of the one we sell, whichhh totals to like 120mg ephedrine, almost a gram of caffeine and blahhh. I didn't feel any buzz but I still got the horrendous come down afterwards.

I used it as a pre-workout supp myself ^.^

The product I used was just called 'ECA', and is sold in the website in my signature.

edit; the first time I took it though I took two tablets at a time, which is about 60mg ephedrine and 450g caffeine, I did get slight palpitations for a bit but meh, set some new PR's in lifting haha.

Its generally accepted that 75mg a day is the 'safe' amount so taking 120mg in one go is pretty:dead:

Well I certainly know I was fine. However my friend Graham took 4 and went to the doctors because he was worried he'd get a heart attack, but he just took 4 on his first day rather than taking less and only taking more when he needs it.

I have never ever experienced a bad come down, in fact there really was none to me. mhh O_o

I wouldn't if I were you, not the stack 2 anyway, the stack 2s are really good sellers but they're not on the same level as ECA's and they're more expensive too. Grenades look to be quite good though, they claim to be the worlds strongest and have like 300mg of caffeine in them per pill or something stupid. They're on the expensive side of life.

A good product is the Reflex Sida Cordifolia, they sell quite well in store and are made from natural stimulants like Guarana and what not. They're pretty good as a pre-workout product, I've tried a few of my bosses before but to be honest, I doubt any of these products actually assist in fat burning.

I feel they're all only good to take as a pre-workout product so you can just do more intense cardio or lifting, as opposed to hoping they're melt fat off you.

Personally I'd go with the ECA's all the way, but if you have problems with dizziness or are sensitive to caffeine, then the Sida Cordifolia ^.^

plus your metabolism would go to shit if you stopped altogether. You'd rarely be as hungry or have as much energy as a result of your diet rahter than the caffeine
