Hand fills with blood

I've got this problem, sometimes when i trick my hand like seems to fill with blood and go swollen and red. And every time i like go to swing my arms for a kick it goes all pins and needles kinda. Any of yous know what is causing this or have the same problem or what?

haha has happened to me from time to time... I couldnt really figure it out. Um... do you have a proper warm up to get the blood flow going before this happens? ever since I started that I've had no problems...

Haha for me it's usually due to a loose wrap. Make your elbows the part of your body furthest out and centrifugal force won't be an issue anymore

hah i thought i was like the only one who suffered from stuff like this, my wrists ache like they are bieng punched or something whenever i do like warm up C720's or pop3's

I almost always had this at the beginning of my sessions cause I never warmed up properly.

That kind of thing happens when you swing your arms really fast. All the blood is rushed to your hands because the force from swinging them makes it go.
Remedy? Hold your hands up in the air like you're asking a teacher something... You'll look stupid randomly raising your hands if in public though. :D I suggest a cool trick to make yourself not stupid.

I get this when drilling spin kicks over and over. Mostly the 540. Pain in the butt (mostly the hands though)
