1- It's ok if I immidietly start the routine on the OL stickied post? Because a guy on BB.com said that it's better for beginner to trai 4-5 times a week and focus on 1 lift each day for my CNS to get used to it.
2- Olympic lifting goal is to lift as much as possible with being as light as possible. How can you manage to do that? How do pros, 69kg, C & J like 150kg+???

I concur.
I thought I had decent tech, but I had to reboot and start from scratch when i met the pros
Yep, OL is not something you teach yourself.

Ah damnit. I'll try to find a coach and an OL gym but I think they don't have any here. I'll just stick to trying to learn the technique myself and upload vids if I need help.

You will need help, and there's no way of knowing whether you are doing them right unless someone with a keen eye is watching you or watching your videos. You don't have the knowledge, so you better post videos.
You aren't going to be cleaning, jerking, and snatching anything worth a damn unless you get strong while learning the technique. Don't even compare numbers to the genetically elite with expert coaching.

The pros train their entire life... that's how they get good.
Watch a lot of youtube videos, read up on the technique, film yourself, and compare it to others. You can learn good enough form, don't let people discourage you--it is possible to learn by yourself. You probably will not become a world elite or whatever, but you will still be able to reap the benefits of o-lifting. Of course if you wanted to get serious about it, finding a gym and coach would probably be beneficial.
Oh yeah, and it should go without saying... don't lift like an idiot. Like any exercise, know your limit.
Good luck.
