I'm currently 176lbs

Who care? who?

It doesn't bother me much, I know what you mean thoough, but it may be due to your tricks nto being at a high enough level, aka your landings not being very soft/controlled so youa re putting extra stress ony our joints from weird angled landings or slamming ahrd into the ground etc...

I agree with this except when using weight. Pounds are more specific!

I am 190 starting a cut. Just started training tricks again, like last week.
I put on heaps of muss for my other sports, then hospitalized myself with head trauma. So I was out for a while:good:

Ermm... Afaik, no? 1 ounce is approximately 28 grams.

Does it get smaller than ounces though?

And you do realize you can go as far down with grams as you need to. Milligrams, micrograms, nanograms etc.

how long is each session?

Most (4 of the days) are 3-5 hours long. others can be anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour.

Yes, but there's no such unit as kilos, kilo means x*1000. The unit is grams, and grams pwn pounds :) It's just laziness (or, in my case, lack of specific knowledge) that people round up their weights to even kilograms ;)

I'm 165ish at the moment, i was around 199 at my heaviest when i was a fat mother fucker. I'm only 5'8 my goal is about 140-150 Then hopefully my tricks will improve because my knees will get better haha!

Actually i agree with meatmachine quite a lot here, main thing I've noticed about being lighter, is that crashes hurt a lot less ha ha! I' get less aches and pains, and I have more control over myself while I'm in the air. Which I like, a lot!
