Ok i was just wondering but what do you do with your head in layouts. I was taught to keep my head straight but do bring it back. And which one is the right way keep your head forward and straight or bring it back a little.

Head forward and straight for the entirety of the set, but you can tilt back once you're ready to spot the landing. If you whip it back at the set, you'll probably end up arching and doing a whipback.

I like doing layouts because there floaty but whips are fast. Anyone else prefer something else.
