okayy were do i start

im on whey powder, boosting myself up on protein 2 make sure im not lacking any
aparently its bad 4 u if u workout and ur not gettin ur necisary protein

i try find time 2 workout evry day, and i wen i workout i put the right weight so that i can do 10-15 reps max
im at a gym, so i workout pretty much evry muscle in my body

whey powders frkn expensive tho, who recommends wat supplements?

how often shud u workout??

i dnt do any cardio training, dnt wna burn off any muscle..?


im not 100% sure on the facts i base my training on
so whos alota experience with this topic?

i suggest go to the gym 3 - 4 times a week, dont over do it by working out everyday.
also if you dont want buy protien powder stuff then make sure you are getting a lot of protien by eating, Eggs, Nuts, Chicken etc

3. Lift weights, and progressively add more weight
4. Sleep enough to grow lots.
5. Do some research on said nutrition and training topics.

That happened to my auntie, she did some curls with 5kg and woke up the next day with 20" arms, it was a sad day for our family.

Consistently eat more everyday, and lift heavier weights in the gym. And again, do this consistently. Do compound exercises, and really push yourself at them. And again, do this consistently... After awhile of doing this, you can take some time off, and then come back and start it all over again.

Eat more than you usually do.
And lift heavier weights than you usually do.
Do compound exercises.
And push yourself!

And don't worry yourself so much if you don't get quick gains. The fun part of training and conditioning is being able to do it years, and years, and years from now.

After you get some experience at doing all of this, you'll know how much you'll need to eat and lift everyday to get the results you want. It'll come natural to you!

Also, get a workout buddy! This will help you out a lot! And don't be so serious in the gym all the time either. Goof around a little bit with your friends here and there!

And most importantly, HAVE FUN!
