Shower before tricking!

Has anyone tried this before?
I've done it a few times, and I feel much more refreshed and that I have way more flexibility and that im able to land tricks easier, and it works for me.
So go ahead and try it:smile:

Having a shower before Tricking is good! However, I also need on after haha as all the sweat would make me stink haha.

Personally, I feel I trick better without any preparation. Iuno if it's all the tension from my muscles not being relaxed or what, but I trick better when I don't stretch or warm up.

Yeah I'm not sure if it actually has any affect on my tricks, it just feels nice.
