Bad thing is I busted my knee so fucking ugly on a hyperhook AGAIN.
You know when your in shorts and your leg lands on the plyo, but because of the grip your leg stays in the same place, while your body still moves too the left.
Epic fail but I just can't stop laughing . :tongue:

It'll be in a town next to den bosch. There's like this youth centre we we're told we can use. It has a beamer and pooltables and stuff. Pretty awesome and we could store a pretty nice amount of people !

Take those tricking dreams serious man haha. Everytime I dreamt about doing a move I did it the session after ! Had it with cork and gainer swings.
For some reason it can give you the confidence to do a move full power , and that may just be what it needs :good:
