1. I've read in several places that close grip chin-ups are the best bodyweight wo for your biceps? is that true? any other suggestions?
2. couple of weeks ago i've started a daily wo routine of pseudo-pushups, now, only a few days ago i've noticed that when i stretch my shoulders, even in the most mild manner, they hurt like hell and i can't stretch them the way i used to (which quite make sense) - but, is the hurting part normal as well? maybe i'm doing something wrong?
