I found out that any music goes well with workout. I prefer some wild bashing pre-workout to get hyped and start moving stuff, then down the tempo to some easy post-rock, neoclassic or ambiental electronics. Last sets sometimes require additional boost but it depends on the mood and fatigue.

However, most of my workout consists of gymnastic-esque skills which aren't all that explosive but more of a mild, holdish nature.

i checked them out on imdb and guess what i found..here some facts:

- they have released a concert-dvd which happens to be rated 1.3 points out of 10 --> bottom 10 of all time
- one of those fags has diabetes, which is acually helping his career a lot. people buy their music out of pity for him
- all of them wear so called "virtue-rings" cos they want to keep their virginities for whatever the heck they might need it one day.
- they are not seen in public with girlfriends, and they tend to keep away from girls most of the time (except for hanna montana appearently...??)
- rumors say they're all a bunch of faggots fucking each others asses...i strongly recommend to believe those rumors! they seem to come from a reliable source (some random guy on imdb forum)
