A few days ago Chris D. made the post that the DVD problem had "already been solved", which is entirely untrue. It's been almost a week and even after all the fuss i still have yet to receive even a confirmation email or any sort of notification from anyone at Loopkicks saying they're working on getting me my DVD.

NO ONE IS THAT BUSY.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not jumping out with torches and pitchforks demanding boycotting the DVD. I would really just like common courtesy from the 'respectable business' that Loopkicks claims to be.

I also know that I'm not the only one that hasn't received the DVD, just the only one who seems to be doing much about it.

I really hope bad blood doesn't come from all this drama.

What do you want us to do other than pat you on the back, haha?

Have you checked your account for any refunds of money? Have you made sure the e-mail you checked was the original one they(he) had for your direct contact information? Etc etc.

I've done all that multiple times.
I'm just making sure the community knows that just because Chris D. says its magically fixed, doesn't mean he's doing a thing about it.


As far as what this threads for?
there seemed to be quite a debate going on in the other DVD thread. /continue?

SORRY for not updating this one sooner, i updated the club540 thread.
i did get a PM from Chris D saying he would take care of everything and he was sorry for the inconvenience.
