first time you get analed is always the worst one

when i start tricking for the day my first back flip causes lower back pain after a while the pain subsides and all back flips after are better and pain less dose this happen to any one else and is there any way to fix it?

Are you warming up properly?

Either way I'm sure as your technique gets better over time these things will stop. It's only going to be happening if you're doing something wrong.
