Hahahah. No, I can't say I have, nor do I plan to.
Bah!
Those so called "Balance-Exercises" (or whatever they are called nowadays) on a swiss ball, are a waste of cosmic energy.
I know Scott has, with dumbbells at least.
With the help of dwarves, of course.

With light weight I have, it's quite easy if you just try it out now and then. I'm pretty sure Yuri can too. It's just for kicks though, and not a very serious training tool. Interestingly enough, I once saw this kid do like a 100 lb clean on one, quite impressive in terms of balance anyway.

Maybe with an unweighted bar.
Yeah I have screwed around doing them. Another trainer at my gym can do them with 40kg dumb bells.

Obviously it's difficult but mostly it's just hilarious because it looks incredibly ridiculous.
I like to clean the windows like this, obviously with no weights. But I stand on the ball to get the higher spots and see how low down the window I can squat :good:
I have before yes, but never with a loaded barbell, just dumbbells. It be silly.

I do these all the time. Except I do them on top of a swiss ball that is in a swimming pool (a waves pool) and instead of regular squats I do weighted pistols.
this is my everyday morning warm up.. lol

Not bad compleks. Why not try doing holding 'The beast' kettlebell in each hand and an additional 50lbs of chains around your neck?!

Now that's thinking. I will try that out tomorrow.

What I don't understand if if you were going to do this why wouldn't you do something safer like a front squat, or a dumbbell squat (you're elevated off the ground so you can go deep without the dumbbells touching the gruond) or use kettlebells or something?

I don't think a front squat would be much safer.
Besides, safety obviously isn't a huge priority here.

Yes.
Also, keeping your balance on a BS would be a lot easier.
