So today I had a x-ray of my spine done.

And it appears I have several back problems.

Does your spine look like this? http://www.istockphoto.com/file_thumbview_approve/1812279/2/istockphoto_1812279-metal-coil-spring.jpg

anyway i have similar problems with my spine too, but the doctors didn't seem to care much about it. I wonder what kind of problems do these kind of spine curvatures could give? because everything is fine for me.

Nothing. I just thought I'd share something and have a talk with people with similar problems.

@Stas.

The only problem I have is back flexibility.

I think Dextroscoliosis occurs when one side of your hips is higher than the other. That is whats going on with me so i do some exercises for the hips to straighten them out.

For lordosis it is good to do ab and lower back exercises.

i have seen somewhere in this forum how to fix up kyphosis but i forgot what it is. But it involves working out lats so maybe a lot of pull ups?

Its is very simple just work out and stretch and you will straighten out your spine or just stop it from curving more. Just don't lean to one side or another when doing exercises and do them with strict form.

IMO.

Well wiki(read:questionable source) said that scoliosis is when your spine is bent to the side. I have it bent forward to the side.

tasuja ur 13 so your has still a lot of time to develop. i don't know anything about back my problem was that due to my height my back was kinda arching to the front due to me sitting and being improperly moving .. i solved that problem by training, keeping likely always my back straight and so on and that's what i think you should do but will be better if you see a physician i think and gl! I have a pretty sever case of idiopathic scoliosis of the spine. My chiropractor says it is pretty inevitable I will have arthritis by the age of 30. Soo 10 more years of tricking! but if anyoe has similar problems or wants to ask detailed questions to someone who has been tricking quite a while with this problem feel free to post here or pm me.

You're young, maybe if it is really that serious you can get them to put a bar in your back.

It's probably better then thoracic outlet syndrome.

Do you guys ever notice that girls with this avoid spinal flexion and keep their back arched and it is incredible sexy, because it is like they are thrusting their hips forward and it opens their chest?
