Hello, I am new, and mostly noob at the moment : (
In spite of seeing some tutorials and videos of pop 360 and kick 540, I'm not sure if i have to jump with my two foots (for the take-off), and then use the kick, OR jump more precisely with the non-kicking leg, while the other leg would already starting the kick...
I'm sorry for the spelling, my english sucks.

the pop 360 and 540 have two different take offs
-the pop takeoff for the 360 is off of two feet with the kicking leg in the back (if faceing target sideways)
-the 540 uses the "cheat setup" which is where you lift the non-kicking leg up first as you just to help get more air time
to do the cheat take off (i will be describing it as a counter clock wise spinner) you turn away from your target ccw, pump your non-kicking leg up, then jump off your kicking leg.
-in both set ups use your arms to get more height.
if your still confused download the tutorials on the main page...they will help a lot more then anything i can say.

When I take off for my 360 I jump with two feet, but almost as soon as they leave the ground my kicking leg is beginning to come up.

You're new , so you're gonna have a fucking hard time realizing anything from moves on tape. Just go out , try some , watch how the moves go , try again , and you'll get the hang of it.

Okay, today I tried pop 360 but the result isn't great, mostly while the take-off i think..

You kick waaaay too early.
Well, you dig down and hop into setup quite good i think.
BUT.. you have to push yourself up! Your nice initial hop isnt of any use if you dont convert the power of runup&dig into a vertical.
So: do your setup like you did before (i think its good) and after the dig, jump up HARD! With BOTH legs pushing! This will boost you up in the air, meanwhile you spot your target and turn. The kick should come out at the highest point of your jump.
Also, kick with more Power. Usually, the kicking leg itself boosts you up even more(ure gonna feel that if done correctly)
Oh, and try not to flail around your arms around, keep em close to the body after you jumped up.

Try not to make a 2.20 min video , completely in slow mo.
Your non kicking leg and arms kinda fly all over the place , and it doesn't look too good. Your kick comes out almost the second you're in air , stall a bit.
