need help.
ideal workout for tricking/freerun?
i've never even lifted in my life.
mind you im not small, as i've done tumbling and such.
i've just never lifted.

aren't free weights meant to build muscle, not necessarily utilize them to their fullest.
if so, shouldn't body weight training be noted as better for tricking/freerun/whatever?

You will forget everything you know about strength training/fitness and only listen to those who are knowledgeable on this forum and any other creditable strength training website such as www.stronglifts.com or http://strengthmill.net/forum/index.php.

read those, what about body weight training vs free weights?Plus Comme; what about my scrawny ass body weight vs a barbell that can have a fuck load of weight on it?
If you wanna do a load of cool BBoy / gymnastic shiz then upper body body weight training will be the best way to go about it, learning the skills necessary. You should squat alongside that type of training too.
