I enjoy picking things off of the ground, putting things over my head, and pulling myself up from cliffs. Any exercise involving the above makes me happy.

For me, it would go like this:
1. Front Squats.
2. Deadlifts.
3. Wide Grip Pull-Ups.
4. Overhead press.
5. Rowing.

Obiviously I cant do the last 2:
1) Snatch
2) 100m sprints
3) Heavy weight muscle up
4) Manna to Planche to one hand handstand, with weight
5) Rings ultimate routine (going from Victorian, to Iron Cross, to Maltese, to Planche, to Inverted Cross, to Handstand)
I think that Yibing Chen is the best human ever (maybe he lacks aerobic training, but he can fly and absorb gravity)
