Well learning c9 helps to get you used to the concept of the rotation...
Another way to learn C9 double is try doing a tornado but don't spot the initial kick an instead stick your leg out but keep your shoulders pulling past and try landing in a chamber after you can see your target again, get that higher and higher till you have enough height to spot the first kick and re-spot and properly chamber or the second kick....believe me height is more important then rotation, I tried this without having a high enough C9 and tornado and it really messed m ankle up :dead:

hmm
jacknife and cheat9 didn't really help me with this move.
i think a 540gyro would help more than anything :good:
you just need to speed up a loooot. get that kick out before you start dropping and wrap like a beatch.

It also depends on the positioning on your landing leg. If you do not rotate enough you may strain your knee if you position it short.
Im quoting you to mix points not like Im telling you what to do or anything haha
