What's ironic is that pet food is turning into human food, with vegetables, the "goodness of rice", whole eggs etc. Just eat a lump of raw meat. Your coat will be shiny.

Vegetable shake never makes sense to me, unless it is something like peppers (they are veggies right?) they never seem to be very juicy. I am always surprised that juice comes out of a carrot at all, I think how can something so hard have juice in it? Fruits are juicier, more prone to shakes.

Either way, you lose precious filling fibre if you throw away the husk so I don't see the point. Chewing also stimulates enzymes for digestion and works your jaw muscles and is satisfying to do.
