Hi there.
Referring to some tutorials, today i tried to improve my aerial's landing, and try the B-twist (the b-kick is doing pretty well). Results are not so good : (
Aerial (not the best one ) : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JDRkTjhy-_U

In your btwists keep wrapping, you start unwrapping too early.

Build some extra strength in your legs for the aerial. You seemed to need to use a lot in the set up, a little extra would give you more leeway for tweaking. It would also correct the landing. You have this move. More drilling is your friend. :)
In the butterfly twist, you don't pop up much from the dip. Just get a little lower in it and drive your back leg and your body up simultaneously and hard. Since you've got a mat to work with, try wrapping until you overdo the twist by maybe a half twist. Then do it again, but open up a little earlier so that you land this time. Figure out the timing of when to open from this and that should make sure you finish it off strong.

Aerial:
Your chest is going down as you are jumping and kicking your leg. Instead you need to dig down into (chest down) it more then explode up with it. Check out the sixth picture in Juji's tutorial, see where his chest is compare it to your chest at 0:05.

Btwist:
You are not dipping quiet low enough and you aren't turning over enough. Your chest should nearly be touching your leg before you jump. Remember a good btwist is a lot like good sex, you have to dig deep. Also make sure that your head and shoulders are perpendicular to the direction that you wish to travel before you jump. Check you body at 0:07 right as your leg is about to come off the ground. You are nearly totally forward, shoulder and head perpendicular to to the way you want to twist.

Bump.
Today i tried again to perform my aerial by digging down and then push hard with my base leg but... I have the impression that my knee is too much bend before take-off, and thus it needs lot of energy to go up... Anyway, i tried to swing really HARD my left arm over(kicking leg = right leg) to rotate faster... Worthwhile?
It's crazy because sometimes i land it pretty well enough, but other times i land it really crouched -.-
I was wondering, guys, do you push on the ground with your base foot in the same time kicking with the other leg and throwing your arm over, or push, THEN kick and arm over?
Warmly, a noob a bit lost heh !

i wish i could see these in normal speed. its more helpful in some ways to not slow ur footage down.

Bump !
I tryed to improve my B-twists and i noticed, while i was thinking about how to spin faster, land it okay etc... That if i "turn" my hips, it's a crazy-fast twist !!! However i don't know if it's recommended... ( it's as if my kick don't help me in front of that crazy movement of my hips, which totally makes me spin easier)
Well, comments will be really appreciated ...

Ok you do not need to spin faster for your btwist...the spin is honestly the easiest part that takes the least effort
You are dipping pretty good, but you need to kick HARD and HIGH. look at your leg a 0:03, look how much lower it is then your body. Compare that to my leg here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n8kkZjlYXzo (unfortunately that was one of my really bad old btwist, don't have any other footage though -_-, ) Kick that leg up hard and high as you jump.

Thanks mate ! I think i just realize that the kick (hard : D) will throw my "lower body" upper than it is actually : ) I though we have to kick hard to twist more xD So i'll try with a great kick ! It will be fine then ! (i hope)
Warmly.
