Any {Female} Trickers? Gosh!!

Ok, so I know alot of people who are trickers or at least enjoy doing it-
yet I fail at finding one single female.

Has anyone ever meet a female martial arts trickster?

Yeah it might sound a little weak, but the lack of female tricksters- kind of decreases my self-confidence in pursuing my martial arts goal. T_T

Gymnastics is very Olympic, set in stone, perfection. Tricking is more of a form of expressionism.

For some reason girls prefer gymnastics, this being because they are uncool.

I have background in karate, but it was a very limited background...like...a few months of karate..
At first when I started I got a bunch of tricks right away...cause I was a fearless youngin..hahaha... I injured myself a while ago though....since then I don't learn as quickly. Uhmm...stuff like 540 took a long time with lots of drilling... aerials didnt take that long, used to do flips, they didn't take too long to learn either...but now i'm afraid to do em...haha...how lame.
I haven't learned any twists yet, but I've been playing around with corkscrew... I think it will take me a while to get any twists though.

I don't think being a girl really has that much affect on how quickly you can learn tricks.... it's all up to your determination and hard work..... I only trick once a week really, so I don't learn as quickly as I could...but if you really put your time and effort in, you can get quite good in a year or so.

I think the reason why most girls don't want to try tricks is because they are scared of getting hurt.

But come on! You have to at least get hurt or injured in something you want to master..( And if you're lucky than....Screw you! ^_^_

My kung fu acedemy didn't teach you alot of the 'cool stuff',
but yeah we did learn styles of Wushu- and sometimes I was lucky
enough to have the cool instructor teach us a 540 Hook Kick-
although i didn't suceed too well in that. T_T

Wall Flip is easy. Easy easy easy. Its just a game of fear, like the backflip. Jut like towlie said, throw up a mat down by the wall and go for it! Not too long ago I was feeling hyper one evening and just for the heck of it- tried a back flip.
Now the kink in my neck still hasn't gone away. T_T

lol I got hyper after I landed a backflip on the tramponline one day in 4th grade, and Decided on the ground could be much different. Hurt like a bitch!

So yeah I guess learning the basic form of a backtuck might help, but mainly take a video of sombody doing a back tuck and film urself trying one, then refer and cross reference. improve your form, and viola! Perfect Backflips in just 8 minutes!

Maybe in comparison to there bodies. But in sheer strength, Guys kick the shit out of girls. In almost every event in any olympics, the guys have their own seperate section, because they are a class above girls. But before you start labeling me a shouvenistic pig, There are some things girls have a bigger advantage in, Flexibility being one of them.

Was practicing the wall run.
My 'spotter' wasn't watching when I slipped and then...

Wall Vs. Ground - Ground won.
Fell flat on the side of my face and banged my eye
on the edge of the cement. lol

Hmm, I'll save Dan the typing. Its a need-to-know fact that Dan is blind in his right eye o.O Pool Cue+Blunt Trauma=Blindness. Hes an inspiration, or should be, to all tricksters everywhere. I mean, how many people do you know that are blind in one eye, and have a collapsed lung? And he STILL tricks like a mofo. Plus, look, he created Team DanSexy (haha) and is still totally adorable. Dan is the SEX. <---I meant that.

As you can see, hsi right eye is trying to absorb light, Obviously, to no avail. Its not a very common injury, although I do know one person who shot himself in the eye with a paintball gun on accident. Its...a very long story. Dan rocks, and everyone should acknowledge that.

At first i didn't notice anything wrong with the eye except for rot marks and bloodyness- then i took a look at the other eye.
Some hardcore dialation there.

People who are willing to talk about anything, and especially make jokes about something as serious as this (In your profile? Under interests? EYE SURGERY IS MY FAVORITE! Made me laugh in a way I don't usually laugh) deserve respect. ANd finally, someone ELSE who will talk about anything and doesn't get offended easily. I was wondering when th day would come. One of the kids in my class gets offended when I do a pushup because he can't. I think hes emo haha. And as for taking the initiative and finding the info-no problem, I'm happy to help. When the time comes for the out-of-school student yearbook dedications, I know where my votes going. :)

LoL I'm wondering if this is another clever Trick in the bags of Dan and Peleke, but doesn't matter, I can disbealive because I have an eye muscle difficencee, but It's not from an injury, it's like from not wearing glasses when I should have so now one eye is 19/20 which is alright and the other is 20/15 which is really really good. LoL but my 19/20 can't refocus in the light so It is basically a giant black dot. Quite cool actually.
