is that hurt? no air = you slow.
Can you butterfly kick? Also the reason you don't get air from your dip is because you aren't dipping.

yeah, i can butterfly kick. what i meant by the dip not giving me air is that when i do dip my face almost scrapes the ground in the middle of the spin.

Yeah, you're not dipping/jumping at all. Your legs look stiff. BEND YOUR KNEES!! and jump!!

A LOT of people don't bend their knees when they are learning new moves like b-twists, idk why.
Anyway keep your back kind of straight when you are dipping, and when you are coming out of the dip, throw your head up really hard. AT THE SAME TIME throw your kicking leg up REALLY hard. That is all you need to have a pretty good b-twist. you need to arch your back.... backwards, you are bending your back forwards. that will keep your b-twist heading for the ground every time. and get AROUND when you come up. you jump forward too much, and it will cause your head to... head for the ground... lol. And you definitely need to spread your legs out before you jump. your kick out and set-up is pathetic. you need to make it powerful and explosive. do all that.... and it'll fix your Btwist! =D just look at juji's! his b twist is amazing!:juji:

It would probably help to have a better butterfly kick than your current one.
Firstly (and by that I dont mean do it first, its not even a massive thing and will probably fix itself as you become comfortable with the move), work on correcting your setup. A setup is by no means neccesary for a btwist but if you're going to use one, its best to use it properly. You're hopping twice on the third step of your setup! Look at how other people's legs and momentum carries them in the setup - you need more agression and travelling momentum to propel you into the move!
Secondly- Dip! Also, come out of the dip! Come out of it hard! Forcefully lift your torso up out of the dip at the same time as you lift your first leg up! Straighten or arch your back throughout the dip, as this will also help to accomodate your head positioning;
Ideally you want to be looking forwards (on a horizontal plane parallel to the ground) throughout the dip and takeoff. Of course, look over your shoulder as you twist but this isnt an issue in this case.
Also, as Tricia said, bend your legs! In order to JUMP you need to bend your legs and extend them in some kind of jump-like fashion.

kick the back leg up higher, before you go to jump.

honestly bro it just looked a bit lazy, which is ok since i imagine youre figuring out how much power you have in those legs, but dont be afraid to rip the heck out this move with everything you have. lift that leg, jump and twist as hard as you can.
btw to embed on youtube add [youtube] before and after the url
I wrote a poem specially for this situation
theres only one thing it could be
three letters make it easy
just open your eyes and soon you'll see
you really need to D-I-P

ok its a BUTTERFLY twist. meaning do a butterefly kick and then twist==> so kick you non jumping leg up high and hard as you jump before twisting or put an othe way, set your bkick and then twist.
...and dip
Dip, right now your attempting to do this trick with the torso based equivalent of a missleg... Start and finish your setup strong. Your setup starts strong and fizzles out before you take off. This is fine to build confidence but if you want to clean this you have to go for it and not hold back in your take off.
