Its really hard to give tips on a video with this quality...
You need to practice your tornado kick a lot more. Your leg is bent which hinders your height. Also when the kick somes around you need to bring your arms in and wrap.
Both of you need to jump a lot more into your 540s. As someone else said, drill your tornados. I recognize the trouble you're having as I've only -VERY- recently been able to fix this problem myself with the help of a friend who has done these in TKD for ages.
Keep your back straight and jump up. Practice your tornado kicks so they feel lazy and Floaty
The first kicker (the one in red) looks to be taking the idea of blocking too literally on their setup. Watch the video for yourself and see how the right foot stomps to the ground in the setup? That will kill your flow, don't do it. Planting firmly is one thing. Actively stomping is not the same thing as blocking. Just like in Juji's tutorial, try to keep ground to foot contact to a bare minimum
The second kicker (in black) keep your back straight and just practice jumping for height with the kick chambered the whole so you get a feel for the spin.
RECAP: Jump Higher, Drill Tornados.
180 back
it looks like he can't even do a standing back,
if he can then he should try jumping a bit more before he twists, coz the second he leaves the ground hes just going weirdly off to the side, he needs to get a lot more height
yeah i agree wit sara, i wouldnt even call it a 180 back i would say it was a standing arabian attempt
the 540's still need a little work, train some tornado's and really put effort in pushing off the ground with ur take off leg
