Hello everyone !

Today i wanted to try some 540's, well, just wanted to know what was going on : ) I've got problem with focusing my target, i tryed, but could'nt find it after my rotation xD It's an habit?

Well, spotting my target should be the first thing to work ? xD An other issue : I have some problem with kicking "back side" with my leg... But it's good by kicking "front side", so it's ok for the 540. However, i don't have the pop 360 yet cauz of my leg : so can i go on performing my 540 (front kick) without this basic 360?

great attempt! if you notice in slow-mo, you're dragging the kick, instead of kicking it out.

don't swing your leg, keep it in, then kick it.

man you're not getting all the power you could cause you're taking off with a bent leg haha


You gotta generate more power from your first leg :good:

and yeah, like you said yourself, try spotting a target or at least try to get your upper body to be more laid back, so your kick can come through more easily, your arms can help you with that!

Okay i see ! To sum up...

I must stretch my non-kicking leg from the take-off // while my kicking leg is BEND, until i spot my target, and THEN i swing my kick over my base leg ! ( Target > hospital) Héhé but i'm wondering... I will have my two legs stretch?! Maybe the base leg is between bend and stretch, hu?

1. drive everything, arms, non kicking leg, chest UP
2. reach your maximum height and THEN kick
3. KICK you leg, preferably with a round kick, don't drag it through
4. stop failing your arms around like a mad man, throw them up, then wrap them tight to your left shoulder
5. SPOT your target, look at what you are kicking
6. the massive hop is really unnecessary
