Post-Injury technique help

i spent the last hour and some odd minutes editing all my footage from today, my first day back from a month off from injury. [who else gets injured 4 months since they started tricking?!:ogre:]

ANYWHO.
it just occured to me i dont know how to export it from sony vegas?

help?
then i can post it here.

lemme, see if i got this right...youve put some footage together (video) and wanna upload it? if thats the case:
go to File, Render As...
rendering it changes the format and once its rendered you can upload that file...
i hope thats the question you were asking... haha

i clicked render but it stayed at 0% for and hour and a half

what are you rendering as aparently there is a bug with it cos this aint the first i have heard bout it, try rendering it as different video formats, .mp4 .wmv .avi etc

i tried it as wmv and avi and still am having no result.
