I just tried this the day before, apparently I can do it haha, never tried on ground want to though, but dont want to land on my head!

no =] but the thing is i think i could, I just have a fear a going backwards and on a full you kida cheat the set up and i can see the ground, i cannot even back on a trampoline.

um...well back full=back layout+360 degree spin.
So you need to set into a back layout and then spin. you aren't allowed to cheat your set up. Jump up, set for your backflip, then, spin while flipping. Basically you need a back flip (a good one too) before you can get a full, PERIOD
