So I just don't like the way my X-outs look. I'd prefer them to have a wider spread and stall longer. I know I should work flexabilty and set my arms on my r/o_x-outs but any other ideas?

hmmm....How bout chamber the kicks and snap them out hard when you invert?

you just spread your legs, x-out is a kick. and this double hop before the r/o looks gay, change it please. :)

Yep, chamber the kicks more.
Set your mind to tucking your knees to the side instead of bringing them to your chest, then snap and rechamber.

I agree. Think of it as to side kicks (inverted crowd awakener lvl 0). ALso, at the point of the kicks, pump your arms upward between the kicks, don't grab ur but, that looks bad.

yeah dont grab ur ass, keep ur hands by ur chest tuck then kick out hope this helps =]
