1) What are your goals?

Allright, i have 3 months of vacation and because i have to spend most of my time alone, i want to use it for conditioning. So my goal is to optimize my body for tricking.

2) What equipment do you have access to?

I have acces to a fitness gym 3 times a week, all kinds of workout "machines" in there.

3) Where are you right now?/ 4) What is your history?

Height = +/- 190 CM
Weight = +/- 80 KG

My "fitness lvl" isnt really high, i have worked out before in the same gym, but that was for building muscles to look good for the girls. I worked on my upper buddy and my lower back, because my back is to flexible or something, which has resluted to pain while landing tricks, but thats all good know. I have no further problems that prevents me from doing certain movements.

So my question is what kind of exercises would be good to do, for how long each session etc etc. And i am also curious about what muscles are need to be trained for tricking.

Thanks! :juji:

You did a very good job writing and explaining your goals, but if you look closely all the information you need is written in the stickies.

Good luck! :smile:

There is so many information that i dont know which to apply. There is this proverb in dutch: "Because of the trees i cant see the Forest anymore" which is exactly what i mean.

When you wake up run half a mile then do 3 sets of 12 rep front back and side lifts. 3 hours after lunch repeat what you did in the morning then trick, then run another half mile for cool down, then do static stretches. Before you go to sleep do the dynamic stretches again, this time use the actual stretching as a warm up (you won't be as flexible on the starting sets but you'll be okay in the later sets).
Alternate tricking with an intense gym workout every other day or so.
Eat like a healthy behemoth and sleep like a rock 9+ hours every night.
Once you do this for about a week or so you'll realize Honken was right and you will read every sticky here and in the other forums AND Juji's main page articles trying to fill in the details for the perfect workout. Good luck.
