Here's a sampler of my 360 kick, as it was this afternoon. I practiced and it's a lil better now.
Any tips?

Can you not upload it to youtube or something? Giving criticism to a choppy .gif is a bit hard, haha.

Use your arms more, throw them UP when you take off along with lifting that knee towards the sky. You don't need to spin so much for the take off either.

Hmm.... Isn't that a Tornado Kick?

Anyway control your arms (i.e. wrap). That's gonna help you loads.

it is! with an odd setup, get control of that and it will help loads.

I tornado spins circa 180 degrees. Read Juji's tutorial on the main site, he also has one for a 360 Crescent Kick.

Good luck though, and definately post it to youtube like HaoTwo said. :smile: We'll be able to help you more with either one if you post it again. Juji's tutorial will be the best right now.
