now lets see your warm up videos...

More energy man. your moving your hips+legs+arms without much effort. When you do that spin, gain momentum and kick it.

yeah, john definately has a point. You need to put more effort into the setup: really use your arms and shouldersto gain momentum, and remember to jump off of that kicking leg. Its all about the momentum.

keep it up though, you've definately got the idea.

you have the technique down pretty good, put more power into EVERYTHING. Also go up with your set up instead of to the side.

When you start to kick, your lifting leg starts to come down to the ground. Don't let it! You need to kick over that leg, so after lifting it, keep it there until your kicking leg goes over it to land.

Think of it as your axis of rotation in the air. The higher you set that axis (non kicking leg), the higher your kick and center of gravity will be.

Chambering the kick helps aswell with getting power + speed. As everybody's said your technique is fine, just EXPLOOOOOODE up
