I was in my garden trying aerials, double legs and front flips. I landed my first frontflip on flat ground , So i started to practice getting more height. Well, i made a mistake and wasn't expecting to land on my feet, so my toe snapped under impact, Now I've got a broken toe and have to patiently wait for it to heal, any advice to prevent pain and/or increase healing time?

Tape it up and keep tricking if you want. It'll hurt, but I have a broken toe aswell, I just tape it up wherever i go, done it for the last 3 of them i've had.
i think i ripped cartilage and tore ligaments in my toe bout 4 months ago and it never stopped me tricking ha ha is a bit of a bugger sometimes

Broken toes don't really matter. Just tape it and ignore it.

Medical tape? Someone correct me if im wrong.
And tape the toe down to the heel, wrapping around. Atleast thats what i do

Alright, thanks. I'll make sure to get some before school tomorrow. And how long roughly does it take to fully heal?
if you constantly are re braking it, FOREVER

It depends on the severity of the break. Taping it up and continuing to train may not be the best advice.
Of course it would be best to let it heal correctly. If it's really broken you probably won't be able to train on it anyway.

Well, I can barely walk on it, so I was planning to stop training for a little while, but one problem is, Getting my new rocks on, gonna be a bugger :D

I suggest handstand training for the next 4-5 weeks

Don't be an idiot like me when I injured my foot. I kept running/jumping etc on it and it took ages to heal.

Last time it took me for 6 months to heal. Rest until the inflammation is gone. After that just use medical tape and something to relieve pain.

In theory if you taped it up and landed every trick perfectly it shouldn't matter... but with dead weight on the end of your foot, a lack of flexibility and strength from the injury, you're going to be worse than you were before. Since you only just landed it in the first place (and got injured doing it), trying it again in worsened condition isn't a good idea.
It will take less impact than what you suffered to re-injure it.

I swear to God, Ashtar that if a burger could type it would make posts just as useful as yours.

I guess that makes you a french fry because you haven't posted anything useful in this thread. Hamburgers have protein, and good advice regarding being wary of broken bones.
