AHH, my b-twists have gotten horrible, what am I doing wrong? Am I just unwrapping too early, or is it something else?

Ahh I think the problem is in the start of your btwist, the ending looks fresh and legit but the start - it seems like your cutting your momentum by spinning early before your lifting leg reaches max high, rip that bitch up like a volcanic explosion and let it turn into a huge mushroom cloud of annihilation before spinning over and destoying the world ;)

On the slowmo one, my leg is straight at 0:08, and I don't really start twisting until 0:09. So I'm not really sure I can stall it much longer. My problem is the landing with my chest so low, I want to swing.

Look back, then? Should I arch backwards like a flashkick or something?

Here I did a quick comparison between your btwist in the clip, paused at the time right before you rotated and ben brown's - who I consider to have a phenominal btwist, one of the most inverted and snappy i've seen, not to say yours is bad, because I actually think its pretty good, just take not of the position of the back leg directly at the start of the twist.

The red denotes the lifting leg and foot = ) goodluck man!

edit: note - ben is betwisting to the right -->

No offense, you're pretty good, but your kicks need some serious practice.

lol you need to dip, ur kinda just throwing yourself into the twist with no dip. The first one on ur video was tight =D

Don't worry, those kicks were done on a leg that doesn't like me kicking (injury) and I was really tired (end of session.)

@ BeginninLearnin: I have played around with the setup a lot, and the way that I am doing it seems to give me the most power. If you look at Scott Skelton's b-twist, his dip is much like mine.

@ Shear: I think the reason for that leg being bent is a lack of flexibility, I'm working on it. Wouldn't getting more power from that leg make me MORE inverted, though?

@ Marcos: I have learned a b-kick and b-twist on both sides now, you don't really need to tell me the (very) basic workings of it.

My b-twist used to be much better (MOAR SWINGTHRUABLE) but something happened. All I want to do is land with my chest up, am I it just unwrapping too early?

YOU ARE NOT SKELTON AND LACK THE BRAIN POWER AND CLASS THAT HE HAS. YOU HAVE NO HOPE OF EVER BECOMING CLOSE TO HIM. MAYBE IF YOU READ WHAT THESE PEOPLE ARE TELLING YOU AND TAKE THAT INFORMATION IN PROPERLY YOU CAN FIX IT YOURSELF YOU SPASTIC FUCK YOU OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE DOING.

Woah guys calm down... his btwist isn't that bad, no need to flame but yeah man take everyones considerations, we aren't here to fight you on it and in your posts it sounds like you are trying to defend yourself when no one is attacking you in the first place = ) and in response to your question yes it would make your btwist more inverted but have you seen ben browns btwist? its the shit :P

Indeed you are!

Also, Shear, sorry if my posts seem like I'm trying to defend myself, that's not how they were intended.

And, encase anyone else didn't understand why I compared my dip to Scott's, it's because I was making the point that you don't always require a huge dip for a b-twist, everyone is different. If you look at Juji's b-twist tutorial (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tvWpBSQHKW0) he says a bit about dips, and how people do their dips differently.

Kind of contradicted myself there.
