Right for muscular hypertrophy(enlargeing of muscles) I normally use a 3way split...

mon chest and biceps
wed back and triceps
fri legs and shoulders

BUt i found that lately im not getting what i want from my sessions... would i be better of training monday through sunday and exercise one bodypart to the max!?

Any thoughts?

no no no no no.
Give us some information on your workout and your history of training.
I'm going to guess that you would be better off trying to focus on a full body routine, or atleast an upper/lower body split.
Stick with the big compound lifts, bench press, squat, deadlift, rows, chinups, dips etc...
Also, what do you mean by not getting what you want? If you aren't growing then you need to eat more and adjust your diet.

Training a muscle once a week isn't going to be enough for increases in size unless the intensity is very high. But read the sticky 'How to ask for advice' before posting again.

Ok my bad...

Basicly my question was about timing & training intensity. I have been doing the BIG exercises like squats ect.. and was wondering if i was making the most of my time.I have been training to gain muscle size... i have a good diet and have been training 3-4sets of 8 reps 2-3 exercises per body part. I was wondering would it be more beneficial to do either...

mon----chest + biceps
Tues ---Back + triceps <----- (this is what i have been doing)
Fri---Legs + shoulders

Or do only 1 bodypart per day and absolutely blitz it with 4-6 exercises?

I would reccomend doing something more along the lines of...

Monday: triceps, biceps, forearms
Tuesday: back, abdominals
Wednesday: rest
Thursday: chest, shoulders
Friday: legs

I HATE THESE SPLITS BECAUSE THE LEGS GET 1/3 VOLUME COMPARED TO UPPER BODY.
