My back leg seems to come around too slowly to be able to Swingthru any good from a Gumbi. Is there a specific angle you should aim for (with hand placement and leg position) when doing Gumbis in order to get the back leg to Swingthru fast and powerfully? Also, is Gumbi truly more efficient for Swingthru to Flash compared to just doing a Cartwheel (cut short) Swingthru to Flash?

Gumbi's are more effective for certain moves, yes like s/t flash.

For my gumbi i usually scruch my shoulders back and extend my arms, then spread my legs wide (no one make a joke about it).

When you land, and your first foot hits push off your hands and slam the leg in the air down, you should get a good swingthru.

Probably before the end of the year I'll make a new tricking video.

That's the sort of advice I was looking for, thanks!
