Easiest to hardest:
1. Get a spotter (or 2) and go for it
2. Do it into a foam pit at your local gymnastics facility
3. Chuck them onto heavy mats
4. Get rid of the backwards fear by learning backhandsprings and then try to learn back flip later on.

Dude you're on a fucking trampoline, if you land on your head you'll just rebound onto your back or something. Seriously just chuck it.

I don't think you should learn backflips on a trampoline however, they screw up your technique.

First question: do you have a gymnastics school within reasonable distance?

I'll elaborate on that one once I've received an answer

how many of this treads have we got really.

Just try it with two spotters, it should be easy by then.

I'm also afraid of doing the backflip so i dont try it, however i alredy found to spotters to help me once my exams are over.

so trick everything else until you have spotters to help you and then just go for it

Im not saying we need to give up on %100 fresh beginners we need to just work on showing its better to keep the forums cleaner and searching a bit more for information, this also letting un-common trick tip threads on the first page longer and helps teach majority reading it, its just repetitive questions being asked over and over and most of the time the open poster has asked to soon, and have there problem solved in a session or two by themselves, it just takes patience and persistence sometime to overcome a triumph!

Remember to really arch your back the whole way through. It's what gets you over.

If this is a serious thread and not a troll (a bad one at that) then don't listen to the other advice given in this thread, besides the first couple of replies regarding getting a spotter etc.

Heres some tutorials, watch them and even if you can't understand english to well (judging from your posts) then just watch the technique and try to visualize (picture) yourself doing it

After understanding the technique,
This is the way you should learn it to overcome your fear:
