Yeah man for btwist s/ts after your btwist you should land leaning back a little on that one leg your gonna jump off of. If you land hunched over you wont get enough power for that swing through so arching your back really helps and also gets you over faster. Now for the swing through you just need to swing your leg hard and lean back and jump off that one leg using your arms for momentum. Good luck dude i hope i helped you a little. I had a lot of trouble with this move to.
