Injury: Testicles of my feet

Since it is summer in the US, lately I have been tricking outside on the grass. And I have been landing on the balls of my feet (which you should do, but correct me if I am wrong). Lately, the balls of my feet have been killing me. I have a lot of pain on the balls of my feet, the left and the right. Any tips? And any medical advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Im in the same-ish situation as you, one of my toes is killing me, and ive heard that it takes a long time to heal, my advice would be to take a rest from tricking, and just take it easy.

Massage + alternating heat/ice

take ibuprofin

drink lots of water


try wrapping 'em with an ace bandage? Something's gotta work...

try swimming! Relieves all pressure. :]

come to think of it, i used to have this problem too. i just took a long break, but it comes back whenever i trick barefoot.

Okay thanks guys. I will try all of your tips. But DeeJay even when I do trick with shoes on I still feel the pain. I guess I'll take some ibuprofen or something because I can't stop tricking haha.
