Aerial into 540

Has anyone tried a wushu style aerial to 540 combo? You might think it sounds easy.... but infact.... its ridiculously fucking hard. You try and step into the 540 and just go flying off in some crazy direction at a gazzillion miles per hour....

I think he just means aerial then set into 540. I don't know what he means by wushu style aerial though. I'll try it out tomorrow.

I dont mean wushu style aerial, I just ment that its a wushu style combo. And yeah, you can take a step in between, but just one. So if you land the aerial on your right foot, you take one step then 540 with the right foot. Go ahead, laugh! tell me how easy it is.... then try it and end up on your face miles away from where you started!

If wushu aerial is the gymnastic aerial... its pretty easy for me...

If its the sideways kind of aerial... i cant do those aerials.... but i can B-kick 540 lol.

i have done cartwheel-aerial-540.

the 540 was pretty shocking.... i was tired :wink:

im not posting a vid (a-la releasing a new samp soon..) but shengoikee can back me up on this, he's seen it.

im sure with drilling i could do it better, its all about transferring momentum. I have a problem with my combo's... i tend to hold my breath :dead: not good!

I did a Bkick-540 at the gathering.. didnt find its way onto the samp tho lol. ill post a vid on friday if its warm enough to go trickin! Gonna go for aerial swith swing-thru.. wooo!

Would it be possible to perhaps try the 540 as a less-than-horizontal A-switch? Seeing as A-switches are kind of equivalent to sideswipes, it makes a little bit of sense to be able to combo it directly from an aerial in the same way. ButI'm too lazy to think this through fully at the moment, so perhaps I'm just talking shit.

arrr i hate it when people compare A-switch to sideswipe... there is NO ressembalence!

If you see a ressembalence.. then you are seeing different moves lol.

as for the switch... it had nothing to do with aerial-540 lol.. i just said that im gonna aerial switch swing-thru something.

aerial to 540 is easy... you should try aerial to 540hook!! its little harder and cooler :D

nah dan its about balance... and how effortless you can do the trick... if you 540 are almost effortless to get really high (like mine) then your fine.

the original sideswipe is really similar to a-switch.

a sideswipe you look back over you shoulder... and travell backwards if any.... aerial switch you take off forwards.. get me a vid of an aerial switch and a sideswipe and post them both here together.... then compare.. id see no ressembelance.

Mine too, hence the big fuss I'm making about not being able to do it!

I did do an aerial-tornado-aerial combo in the Norwegian Arrivals sampler. It's not into 540, but 540 is easier anyways.
