I know that there are three main types of fats I should be eating, but I forget what foods correlate to which fats. Can you guys please provide some examples of each of the types please?

Thank you. It seems like I am missing polysaturated fats the most. Going to have to remedy that:juji:
You might also want to consider omege 3, 6 and 9 acids.

I keep a box of flaxseed in front of my computer and eat them almost unconsciously. Now my shits are golden.

Good tip. Though, I am worried about the carbs. I am currently having great success with carb cycling and on low days I like to keep my carbs under 50g (which usually comes from fruit in my cottage cheese and penut butter). I do not know how many carbs flaxseed is (if it is high I will just end up eating it on med and high days). I suspect carbs are likely the reason for the lack of polyfats in my diet (plus fish is expensive and needs a lot of prep).

That's not really what a I mean. Most diets have a skewed ratio of 6 to 3 which is summised is responsible for various health issues. I don't think diet really matters that much, but if you're looking at your diet with that sort of attitude then it's another thing to look at.
