I noticed that a lot of top trickers tend to have one leg that is predominately stronger than the other leg. I figured this is due to J-steps and swing throughs.

My question is this:

Do you think it would benefit in any way to work out the quads on one leg more than the other? Thus making your take off leg strong and your s/t leg thinner.

Why or why not?

No because it's a really, really dumb idea.

No, anyway : if you jump with your left leg for s/t and b-twist. You'll jump with your right leg for cheat kicks. You also need a strong leg to hypered your twist.

Don't be stupid, work both legs!

Good point.

When my right ankle gets healed up I'll start doing the lifts on both legs.
