Hey, if you have seen my post's so far, you are aware of my newbie status at this point.i am trying to learn b twist's and double leg's. but i just realised that my b kick is closer to an aerial than a b kick,i mean i can do the proper b kick, but i focuse my head toward's the ground more than out, and instead of a "laid out" kick i'm more vertical, so i guess the next step is to get over the fear of being vertical and move on to my aerial. does this seem logical or am i doing a completly diff. move? no one here to teach me so i'm all alone  thanx.

I'm not sure what you actually want to know... Yes, you can just evolve your B-Kick into an Aerial, but I wouldnt suggest it. I would learn the gymnastic aerial. And to get your chest up, and get air out of your bkick, make sure that your chest is over the leg you are jumping with. This will push your chest up. And most of us are self-taught. Watch the tutorials.

uhm first of all: you shouldnt be thinking:"im going to learn aerial/sideflip(?) from bkick set up" You should see them as totally different moves with different set ups. Start with those moves from scratch or you will teach yourself bad form.

Second: About you bkick: What helped me allot to get horizontal was just looking straigth at the floor from the dip till the landing!

well good luck on your moves!
