damn there sure are a lot of b kick help request's, i guess it just goes to show the popularity of this,i think it's awesome, and i hope all of the more advanced folk's here remain humble and give thanx to the original master's of these move's and help out your fellow trixters. Bkick can be very easy or very hard. Its easy to do a crappy one. (which post people do)

But to do propper wushu bkick is hard.

Check the first guy in the video. He has good technique. Try and copy that. :good:
