very nice, i havent met many girls who could actually do stuff, most of the gymnasts i meet are always too afraid to do anything outside of the gym, or have been drinking too much and have gotten too fat to flip anymore and it disapoints me

its good to see more female trickers. one gets tired of watching videos of only dudes tricking

I loved the contempary cutting edge music and editting....

But that aside... isn't relativity a funny thing.... She's the best chick trickster most of us have seen in a while, but if a dude released that sampler, everyone would say... meh.... that was ok I guess... the double leg was good...you need to work on your variety thou....

Dude she did a btwist-540-wheel-aerial. and a doubeleleg-wheel-540-aerial.

You rarely see people do that kinda shit. I'd say if a dude released the same sample, I'd show them respect forsure.

And her Doubleleg ownz most peoples I see.

And also like I said, some of her best stuff wasn't in the sampler.

Yeah the double leg was good. But her cheat720, front tuck, back tuck and B-twist were all very average. I'm not saying if a dude released it you would tell him to suck a large one... We'd all say, gj man, keep it up... But we wouldn't say OMGZOZPZOZOZOZOERO!!!!!11O!!O! ur one of the best I've ever seen!M!JRI!OFI!K$

but she is a girl.. that makes all the difference of course haha!

I think every-one is a bit in shock of a female tricker being that good. Its rarely seen.

the reason for why so many of us think she's totally amazing is just cus there are so few female tricksters.. if there were as many female as male tricksters, i believe there would be girls who would pull of sick stuff like double corks and double btwists. its like that in all physical sports like gymnastics and figureskating for instance; men are able to do a little more crazy stuff than the women, and i believe its the same in tricking.
so if male tricksters nowadays can swingthru out of double btwists and double corks, i believe female tricksters one day will be able to "just" land those moves.
but since there are soooo few female tricksters, especially good ones, some of us see her as amazingly good.

but to me she's "just" good! really nice doublelegs, 540's and aerials, and good comboing!

She's pretty good. And asian, yippee. Hehe the cartwheel to one handed cartwheel to aerial reminds me of something I did a few days ago hehe. It's good for warm-up.

Still though, I am waiting to see a female who does tricks whos as good or better than this chick without any martial arts background, or probably gymnastics too for that matter.

Another thing to keep in mind about Alyssa is.....this sampler is very old.

Alyssa was tricking before the days of TT and when Bilang would have just came out. Back then there was no tutorials and very few trickz vids you could watch and study, heck.......alot of the trickz weren't even invented yet or were just being invented. It was moreless just trial and error.

For her time, she ownz.
