I disagree with the arm thing though, I don't think you need to throw your arms up like that, I think it makes them look sloppy and goofy if you throw your arms STRAIGHT UP. use your arms, but you don't need to leave them extended and throw them up like that. but to each their own.

a stronger kick is always much more important in a gainer flash than using your arms. you can sacrifice putting your arms up (which will get you a little height) for kicking harder and punching more off of your non kicking leg. This will make the move in general look cleaning and smoother, and less forced. IMO

ya I know my non kicking leg is bent, if I land on it straight and forward it hurts my ankle like fuck, I have inflammed tissue up in there. that's also why I had to slant it a little.

you could get a foot higher if you delayed until you see your foot kick your target and use your arms

height isn't like the BIGGEST thing in gflash.

it's a bonus, but as long as you land comfortably, that's all the height you really need imo.

also, a nice arch and split when you are upside down ~

Dogens are A LOT nicer though :o

You need to take bigger steps for your three steps if your gonna bother with em.

Its fine you released it, and stuff like the three steps might help some people but Dogens is still the textbook
