Dont go right over ur head drop ur left (or right depending on which way u take off) shoulder and keep ur leg relatively straight and follow it round.#

j-step gainers are gay, and nothing like kick the moon!!

kick the moon you run in a kind of arc before you take off and flip slightly over your shoulder.

when i do j-step at least i run forward and hop 180 the flip stright over
