well my last sampler i posted was of just me and everyone said i edited the hell out of it, so heres my new sampler of our team down in bedford, texas.. im the one with no shirt on, the rest are my team mates, cept for the two girls, but like i said, this is a gymnastics sampler, mostly all flips, so watch and tell me how ya like it

the stuff he did is standard gymnastics. Just not put into a full routine. Everything he did, except the corkscrew on the floor is standard and competable in gymnastics.

MUCH better than last time! Good stuff, fun to watch too. Makes me on reminiscent on the days before i injured my ankle haha... good thing its getting better, still a bit afraid to tumble hardcore though. Good vid though... your gym is much better than mine...

thanks for the feedback guys, i made sure i said balls to the walls last night to make sure it was good haha hopefully my next vid will have my coach in it and.. hes hands down a tumbling god, so keep an eye out in the future
