View Full Version : Abs Reps
I usually try and max out my reps on a set. Is that good or should I set a limit? I'm lookin' to have nice toned flat abs, not bulging ones.

So you want flat abs?
That's like saying you want a small chest or one eyed doppelganger! :worry:

Train them with the rep ranges youwould any other muscle.
Well not super-flat, just not ridiculously bulging ones. They just look ugly to me.

abd are like any other skeletal muscles, fuck with core msucles, so if u wanna increase try doing them between 8-12 reps, with some kinda resistance + a person doesnt get ridiculously bulging by normal training but blging abs looks kinda good. look at gymnasts...

As long as you lay off the human growth hormone, you'll probably be fine.
