Sorry about that, I both fall on my back when doing both front and back flip , the front flip I can go all the way but I cant put my foot on the ground first, sometimes its like just fall down on the ground when I flip, for back flip I try to do follow from the tutorial on this site turorial page but It wont work for me, I cant make my body flip, and then go down on my back, any advice?
Thanks.

Stall. Fucking stall it out dude, flip harder, jump harder, tuck harder.
A video would be rediculously helpful. Almost needed in fact.

Spotter...can you do any other flipping tricks yet (front handspring, for example)?

i got a little advice for u on the front flip. i use to fall on my back alot doing a running front flip but now i land on my feet and my hands holding me up from falling on my ass. with the front flip u have to learn to get more height and the way i learned to do that is this. i took my mattress from my bedroom its about a fair 12 inches and i would run and jump on2 that cuz i wasnt afraid i knew how soft the landing was. well this will help u get more height so if u can find something thats higher then the ground your on and jumping on2 it something really soft like a thick mattress then u can already visual urself jumping on2 something more high and soft so you learn to get more height while not being so afraid. and remember to tuck and swing your arms. this wont exactly be your solution to landing the flip but itll give you a big boost of confidence try it

That sounds like it could work Nguyen, but like you said it doesn't really offer a solution, just a method. If you're landing on your back with the backflip you're not even making a concerted effort. Get 2 spotters you can trust, or better yet, don't try it until you're more sensible. All you have to do is swing your arms to get a solid jump straight up, then tuck. You need spotters to make sure you don't fall on your head/neck (if you barely jump or tuck), but if you're landing on you're back...just forget it for now.
Front flip: go up. Jump. Up. Keep your hands up by your head ready to tuck and do it at the peak. I personally find tumbling a little intimidating, I learned all the less dangerous stuff when I was a newby: tornado kick-540, cartwheel-aerial, FHS, then move on. If you're freaking out this much on backflips perhaps you should do the same. Backflips really aren't hard but you need confidence combined with an understanding of the move.

well the mattress thing i used gave me a better boost in height because from that point on i learned to jump up and not forward like i have been doing before but i only been practicing the move for about 3 weeks now and i started using that mattress a week and a half ago. the running front flip that is. but if you do this you will find a big difference in the way you are jumping because i can almost land the move. its like your jumping on2 something higher so i guess it helps but dont use the mattress forever i just started to practice on grass i can spin all the way around but at the end i bail out and land squating with my hands holding me up. i still have alot to work on but dam i need to heal up from these sores first

you guys are giving good advice...but i'm with biff...don't do back tucks just yet...work on other stuff. especially if you're landing on your back. even if you tuck a bit more and throw your arms a bit more, you could land on your head...which will do you no good at all :P
good luck with your other moves
one word solves all:BLOCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the devil has decided that you are not worthy that is the reason you are not landing your flips
