Hey guys!
Todays workout was really bad. I couldn't do the normal amount of reps and sets I could do normally. So I thought that my muscles didn't get the right regeneration. Do you have any advices for a faster regeneration? I sleep about 9hrs, so sleeping shouldn't be the problem. But maybe any supportive nutrients?! Do you know anything?
Thanks in advance,
bye
Proper diet, lower level of stress, adequate amounts of h20, supplements and genetics will all play a role in how fast you recoup.

maybe you need to back off, lower the load and work back up. Do you periodise your training at all?

After a workout, take a hot shower for about 3 minutes, then turn the water to cold for 1 minute. Repeat thrice.
Creatine.
Potassium.
Magnesium.
Meditation.
Gentle relaxed stretching.
Massage.
Get fast! Get loose! NOW!
