John Allstadt. About the same size as Steve above, though with a bit less traps.

You aren't going to find a huge back on anyone but big guys. The body only wants to develop itself so much out of proportion. Rock climbers are generally going to be low bodyweight and much of their strength is not going to be due to hypertrophy (though they will have a significant amount of it).

No problem man, but I never saw another person with such lats. So I think these are mostly in combination with good genetics possible.

Steve, could you enlighten me on some of the exercises that lead you to the massive lats? I have a feeling the answer was in your last post. Genetics.

Mar-03-06, 08:41 PM
Yes, exactly haha. For some reason I can automatically do 20+ pull ups.

Mar-04-06, 12:32 AM
My friend finds pull ups easier than chin ups.

pintsize
Mar-04-06, 03:31 AM
is there like a certain way to do pullups to target the lats better? Cus i never feel my lats working ever, during bent over rows/pullups/chinups, iv tried using all sorts of grip lengths and stuff (when doing pull/chin ups im not swinging my legs or anyfin)

Every time I see Deejay's avatar:ogre: , I always quickly scroll down the page so that I don't have to look at it. Good lord Deejay, find something else!
